I found the Birkman Method very in depth and thorough. It gave me a very good understanding of myself and the reasons why I think as I do. It actually was a little scary how accurate it really is. I found Greg as a consultant very good. He explained the Birkman Method and the results in a manner that I could understand and appreciate. The benefit that I have seen from walking through the Birkman is that I understand better my own personality and how some things that are hard wired into me can also be made different through my relationship with God and the Holy Spirit. This will help me as I continue seeking God for the ministry that I believe that he is leading me into and also assist me in building relationships with the people I come in contact with every day. There are things that I have experienced and thoughts that I have had that made me question myself as to why they were happening. With the Birkman I now understand a lot more about these things and thoughts.

Greg was an excellent consultant, taking time to go over the answers in depth to make sure both myself and my parents understood how the system works. While giving out the information, he was very easy to understand and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend taking the Birkman test! It is a great experiene no matter who you are or what you plan on doing! There are some very eye opening answers on this test which can greatly serve you for the rest of your life in anything that you do!

The Birkman has helped me to discover more of who I am by defining it on a grid like pattern. My personality is in a visual context that I can read and analyze myself. I have discovered some of the triggers of stress for me and how I can avoid those. One of the greatest things I learned was where I fell into catagories below 10 and above 90. These catagories helped me see what I absolutely need to be healthy. These are things that I will tell my future employers, future spouse and even close friends so that they can recognize how they can help me strive for wellness. I would recommend the Birkman Assessment to anyone, weather they are having difficulties in life or not it is very valuable.

Coaching:
Thanks for being there! Your ministry has been the
missing part of my journey! (an Ah Ha! Moment!) I have never had anything like this before, I was always told what to do or how to do it - never encouraged to develop my own map for the journey. I have known where I wanted to go, did my best at drawing a map - but I only had a rock and a chisel. Now I have discovered a GPS and I can see a little more clearly where I’m going. The special features of the GPS will be discovered as I use it along my journey. Thanks man!

I personally found coaching a very effective way to help me make my own decision. I got to sit down with someone I respect, and who has more life experience than me—and instead of telling me what they think I should do, they used their own wisdom and knowledge to guide me through questions that I should consider. I never even thought about some of the things my pastor asked me, and it genuinely helped me feel confident in the decision I was worrying about. If I could encourage people taking the leadership coaching course, I would say that I genuinely found it a lot more beneficial to be guided through making my own decision, instead of being told what someone thought was the best for me. It was very encouraging and very helpful. You have a lot of life experience and wisdom to offer and I think the best way to use that is to help them learn to make their own choices in the best way possible.
